Ingredients -
-1 pkg. Betty Crocker pizza dough
-1 small can of mild green chilles
-1 small can of sliced black olives (drained)
-1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
-1 8 0z. jar of mild taco sauce
-1 sliced tomato
-1 small sliced onion
-1 or two sliced garlic cloves
-1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
-sour cream
-avocado/guacamole
(You could add cooked chicken or beef if your a meat lover!)
How to put it together-
-Follow instructions for mixing dough.
-Let dough rise in a bowl.
-Spread dough onto a cookie sheet and bake for 5 to 10 min at temp on directions.
-Remove from oven.
-Pour and spread taco sauce on dough.
-Spread chilles, olives, beans, tomato, onion and garlic evenly on top of sauce.
-Cover with cheese.
-Bake for about 10 min. (Just keep checking on it.)
-Serve with sour cream, avocado/guacamole on the side!

Presto Pesto Pasta
You're tired, but want something quick and good...try Presto Pesto Pasta!
1 package spaghetti (or another noodle variety of your choosing)
2 large ripe tomatos
1/2 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1 jar pesto
Method:
--as you're cooking the pasta, saute chopped onion in olive oiled pan
--add in minced garlic once onion is soft (and some s&p if you haven't already)
--when the pasta is just about ready, add chopped tomatos to the onion & garlic
--drain pasta, return to pan
--add in pesto (we used about 3/4 of a jar for the 3/4 of a pasta package we used. you may add as much or as little as your pookie heart desires), followed by tomato/onion/garlic mixture
--serve with grated italian/parm cheese (again, whichever your pookie heart desires)

Salmon Stir-Fry
I'm in like Flynn! Woo-hoo! Here's my Salmon Stir-Fry recipe ;
2 Salmon Steaks
White Rice
1 bag Frozen (or use fresh) Snow Peas
1 bag Frozen (or use fresh) Broccoli, Red Pepper, Mushroom Mix (or whatever mix you want)
Terriyaki Sauce
Soy Sauce
Five Spice
Garlic Powder/Salt
-Oven at 400
-Prepare White Rice (I used instant stovetop rice)
-Mix Terriyaki Sauce (about 1/2 cup), Soy Sauce (few dashes), Five Spice (few dashes,it's strong) and some Garlic Powder/Salt (few dashes)
-Coat Salmon with Sauce and place in oven for 10 min/inch of thickness
-Heat in microwave or Steam frozen veggies
-Remove Salmon from oven, cut into chunks and mix with Veggies and leftover sauce in Wok or Skillet together
-Serve over rice
So easy and tasty ;)

pbb smoothie
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
3 ice cubes
in blender combine ingredients; blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. makes 1.5 cups.
fyi: for thicker colder smoothie use a frozen banana!
